If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for a new Customer Service Representative employee to be based in Cork (Ireland).\nSummary:\nThis office-based role will be in-charge of communicating with customers and deal with customer's inquiries.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAppropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively in providing a comprehensive and high-quality services for all customer needs\nHandle enquiries, and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure one call resolution\nMaintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers\nInterpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions.\nIdentify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and effectively provide a solution for the customer as needed\nDemonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English, and minimize the use of jargon to best ensure customer comprehension\nIn charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results KPIs.\nSOX controls knowledge validation prices, incoterms, terms of payment and agreements.\nCoordination with the warehouse and logistics area of shipments following the shipping instructions requested by the customer, comprehension incoterms and import of records.\nCorrect follow-up and coordination of the different operational areas involved in the planning of production and delivery of FG of a project, in order to help the client in all their requisitions, exceeding their expectations.\nMonitoring of customer demand, reception of purchase orders and coordination with material and production control for the manufacture of the models requested as a priority by the customer\nBusiness and Operations Knowledge, Invoicing Process.\nInvolve in CFT, Operations and customer meetings.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires third level qualification\nExperience in a Customer Service-related position highly preferred\nRequires strong oral and written English communication skills.\nAbility to support several managers, multi-task efficiently and work as a team member and also to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\nFlexible to changes in work priorities.\nSelf-starter with strong organization and planning skills.\nEligibility to work in Ireland (EU).\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nPension\nHealthcare\nEmployee Assistance Program\nEducational Assistance Program\nBike to Work Scheme\nLocation: Cork\nPlease note that our recruitment team is based in Hungary and therefore you may be called by an international number.
