If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Customer Service Representative, located in Guadalajara, South Campus.\nReporting to the Customer Service Representative Manager, the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nImplements and monitors business goals, operating plans and budgets for top line sales, gross profit growth, and long-term growth. \nImplements processes and procedures which facilitate organizational growth and profit objectives. \nMonitors sales levels for assigned region and targets areas for improvement. \nReviews business plans and YTD performance with management. \nProvides coaching to team members and may make sales calls jointly to ensure optimum customer relationships. \nProvides leadership and management direction to assigned territory and sales support staff to include hiring, managing employee performance, training, and salary administration. \nCommunicate value-added capabilities and services to customers. \nEstablishes and coordinates weekly meetings for opportunity, registration and design reviews including quarterly business reviews with sales management. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's Degree \nEffective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.\nStrong customer focus and customer service orientation.\nAbility to resolve problems, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nStrong organizational, planning, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.\nInitiative, adaptability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.\nExperience tracking purchase orders, customer demand, shipments, sales, and deliveries.\nKnowledge of RMA, CMA, AR, OTD processes, exports, and Incoterms.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nOC16\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
