If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nWe are looking for a new Data Engineer employee to be based in Tczew, Poland\nSummary:\nThe new employee will support the development of data-driven solutions, reporting, dashboards, and business applications across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with a good understanding of business processes and enjoys transforming data into practical solutions that support operational and management decision-making.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDesign, develop, and maintain data integrations between business systems and databases.\nDevelop and optimize SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data models.\nCreate and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business and operational teams.\nWork with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and data-driven solutions.\nIntegrate and transform data from multiple sources, including ERP, MES, databases, APIs, and other business applications.\nMonitor data quality, consistency, and availability.\nAutomate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks.\nSupport and develop business applications used across the organization.\nTroubleshoot data, reporting, integration, and application-related issues.\nCooperate with Key Users, IT Support, external vendors, and business departments.\nMaintain technical documentation for data integrations, reports, dashboards, and applications.\nContinuously improve the performance, reliability, and usability of existing solutions.\nThe experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:\n2+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Business Applications, or a similar technical role.\nStrong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.\nPractical experience in building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.\nExperience working with business data from multiple systems and data sources.\nUnderstanding of data modelling, transformation, and integration concepts.\nExperience with ERP, MES, or other enterprise business systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nGood communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.\nGood command of English and Polish.\nEligibility to work in Ppland (EU)\nNice to Have:\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI and dashboarding platforms.\nExperience with the Elastic Stack, particularly Elasticsearch and Kibana.\nExperience with Python, PowerShell, or another scripting language.\nExperience working with REST APIs and system integrations.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.\nExperience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.\nExperience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with ERP/MES processes.\nKnowledge of modern monitoring and data-analysis solutions.\nMicrosoft, Elastic, or other relevant technical certifications.\nWhat We Offer:\nOpportunity to work with data across multiple business and manufacturing systems.\nParticipation in data integration, reporting, dashboard, and automation projects.\nDirect cooperation with business teams and Key Users.\nOpportunity to develop skills in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.\nA role combining technical development with real-world business impact.\nKS59\nTK43\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
