If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nJob summary:\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Debug Technician located in Aguascalientes\nThe debug technician will be in charge of analyzing PCBAs that present any failure for defect detection and their subsequent repair. The debug technician will provide feedback to the other engineering areas for process improvement and prevention of future failures.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDetect and diagnose process defects that cause failures in electronic boards.\nOperate measurement instruments such as multimeter, LCR, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc., and perform special tests as required.\nContribute to the development of diagnostic guides based on the findings made.\n Help monitor failure trends for the continuous improvement of production processes.\n Follow all safety regulations and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor.\n Work together with technicians and engineers from other areas for the diagnosis and feedback of defects found.\n Provide training and guidance on PCBA debugging to other debug technicians.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nKnowledge of Analog and Digital Electronics.\n Solving electrical circuits.\nOperational amplifiers.\nUnderstanding of basic electronics Passive / Active.\nHandling of measurement instruments:\nMultimeter\nOscilloscope\nReading and understanding electronic diagrams (schematics).\nDesirable:\n Handling of Spectrum Analyzer.\n Basic knowledge of Radio Frequency.\n Previous experience in Diagnosis / repair of electronic boards\n Basic knowledge of the operation of ICT/FCT testing equipment.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
