If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Debug Technician located in Salt Lake City.\nReporting to the Repair Center Supervisor, the Debug Technician role involves:\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nTroubleshoots and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment at the component level. \nOperates electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and conducts special tests as required. \nProvides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel. \nCollaborates with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates. \nPresents training, when necessary, to the new build and service assembler teams. \nContributes to the development of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications, and other history documents. \nHelp monitor productivity of our equipment by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates. \nAssists with the installation, debugging, and validation of process equipment. \nFollow all safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions to supervisor. \nDevelops and maintains Debug Guide to troubleshoot PCBA. \nProvides training and PCBA debugging guidance to other debug technicians. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\n\nTypically requires 4-6 years of related experience. \nDemonstrates advanced technical skills which may be used to conduct on-the-job training and/or lead/guide with other employees. \nHighly skilled with the ability to move between projects. \nDemonstrates broad knowledge of functional techniques and has input to process improvement. \nNew technologies and technological changes apply. \nAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. \nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers. \nAbility to apply advanced mathematical concepts and operations. \nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. \nAbility to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. \nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
