This role drive continuous improvement, risk management, and overall performance of the supply base.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nCollects and comprehends external and internal customers’ expectations or feedback on supplier quality and participates with other top management personnel and cross functional teams in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, innovation plans, and goals for supplier quality.\n\nExplore, evaluates, and presents information concerning factors related to suppliers and components such as new regulations, cost of quality, suppliers’ risks, supplier’s performance, and proposals to other members of management team.\n\nParticipate with material or purchasing team to establish the supplier quality requirements.\n\nGuide SQE team to evaluate, develop, and monitor suppliers and components to ensure they comply with Flex requirements and customer requirements on safety, quality, capability, delivery, environment, society regulation, etc.\n\nGuide SQE team to measure and track suppliers’ performance and to drive problem solving and continuous improvement.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS as an industrial engineer, or similar.\n\nStrong background in supplier quality engineering within the electronics manufacturing industry.\n\nAdvanced English skills.\n\nSMT experience\n\nSupplier management and negotiations experience.\n\nKnowledge of KPI analysis\n\nExperience with corrective and preventive actions & risk management\n\nStrong communication and leadership skills\n\nCore Tools\n\nNPI experience\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\n\nLife & Medical insurance.\n\nChristmas Bonus.\n\nFood Coupons.\n\nSaving Fund.\n\nLife Insurance\n\nGR66\n.\nJob Category\nDesign, Process & Technology EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
