If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Developer Application located in Guadalajara, South Campus.\nReporting to the IT Project Manager, the Developer Application, in charge for ensuring continuity of IT systems by providing the planning, technical business, and project coordination necessary to implement architects, designs, builds, tests, develops software and resolve technical business solutions that automate specific business processes.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDevelop business solutions by working with required stakeholders to develop the strategy for application life cycle.\nPartner with business stakeholders & engineering staff to evaluate & select appropriate technology (frontend, backend, interfaces, etc) vendor and/or applications to meet business needs.\nWork closely with server or database administration for: any server/database migration, operating system upgrade, fine tune on database performance to ensure all applications are running smoothly without impacting company day-to-day operation.\nTroubleshoot and debugging of codes to find causes of errors.\nFollow IT security team guidelines to fix and prevent application security breaches.\nContributes closely with solution architect on the entire development live cicle.\nMaintain applications and upgrade existing frameworks.\nResearch on new technologies / frameworks and incorporate in application solutions.\nWrite and maintain documentation to describe program development, coding, testing changes and corrections.\nResearch and evaluate software and hardware to assist in programming or to use as program platforms.\nRecognize technical requirements, user stories & testing plans. \nDevelop frontend, backend, database scripts and APIs.\nCreate and run unit/integration/system test for automated execution to find errors on earlier implementation phases.\nAssists for UAT (User Acceptance Test)\nReview implementation features coded by another developers. \nProvide technical assistance by answering to inquiries regarding errors, problems or questions with program.\nConduct presentations and train end users of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.\nInstall and test upgrades of externally developed application components\nUpgrade application and correct errors to maintain system after implementation.\nMay Prepare time and cost estimates for completing projects.\nMay review project proposal or plan to choose timeframe, funding requirements and procedures for accomplishing project goals.\nTroubleshooting and provide solutions for business critical P1 incidents if any.\nConsult with client Business System Specialist and other internal stakeholders to prototype, refine, test and debug programs to attain client approval.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering, programming or related.\nExperience in similar position.\nIntermediate- Advanced English\nStrong experience in Angular, .NET 8, Entity Framework, NodeJS, ASP.NET Web API\nUsing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)\nDevExpress (desirable)\nVisual Studio, Visual Studio Code\nSQL Server, T-SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Views)\nWindows Services\nGIT\nAzureDevOps (Desirable)\nCI/CD (Desirable)\nCommunication skills.\nCustomer Services\nWorks under pressure.\nOrganized\nAvailability to travel\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nAU51\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
