This is an individual contributor role responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting the implementation of Finance and Treasury technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nPartner with Finance, Treasury, and business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution designs.\nFacilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions to define project scope and objectives.\nAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, QA teams, and vendors to deliver solutions.\nSupport application implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities.\nCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation.\nPrepare project documentation including functional specifications, process diagrams, training materials, and user guides.\nSupport data analysis, reporting, dashboard requirements, and business process optimization initiatives.\nAssist in change management, user training, and adoption of new business processes and systems.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nOverall, 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Techno-Functional Analyst.\nStrong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.\nExperience working with Finance, Treasury, Banking, ERP or related business applications.\nExperience on Coupa Treasury Management Platform\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business challenges into practical solutions.\nExperience creating Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, and Test Scenarios.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors.\nExperience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing stakeholder sign-offs.\nStrong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\nKnowledge of reporting and data analysis tools is preferred.\nUnderstanding system integration concepts, APIs, and enterprise application environments is an added advantage.\nKnowledge of Finance and Treasury processes including payments, cash management, banking operations, forecasting, or financial controls is preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nExhibit enthusiasm for learning new technologies, business processes, and industry best practices.\nPreferred Education:\nA bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.\nHere are a few examples of what you will get for the great work you provide:\nHealth Insurance\nPTO\nCF17\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
