If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [DFM Engineer] located in [Jiading, Shanghai].\nThis position will be responsible for providing SMT related technical support to R&D and SMA production to facilitate design for manufacturing in an efficient and cost-effective manner.\nDevelop and implement cost effective, efficient production processes for the Introduction of New Product.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nEarly involved in new components designing and final verification.\nCollaborate with R&D to provide constructive proposals on PCB layout and design issues from initial build through implementation, driving necessary changes and continuously improving quality and performance.\nDrive and performed DFM activities to facilitate manufacturing in prototype and pre-series test run even further mass production.\nSupport SMT engineering for performing professional root cause analysis in mass production.\nIntroduce advanced manufacturing technology, concept into SMT production within Flex to achieve manufacturing excellence.\nEvaluate and introduce new SMT equipment aligned with business requirements. validate and qualify production lines to enhance productivity.\nProvide consultation from technical point of view to high-level decision makers and other Flex power module organizations based on his/her competence and responsibilities.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nUniversity degree or above in areas of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, etc.\nProfound knowledge and skills on SMA related production and practice of Power Modules as per process, productivity, Industrial Engineering or Lean Production.\nComprehensive knowledge of Flex power module products and processes is preferred.\nSeveral years working experience as Production Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer in electronics manufacturing is preferred\nBe able to play a leader role in a team, showing promising characters of leadership, creativeness, and persuading ability.\nIndependent self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind.\nGood communication skill and project management skill.\nFluent English in Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing.\nHere are a few of our preferred experiences:\nSix Sigma Green Belt is preferred.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nSocial Insurance\nCommercial insurance\nPTO\nTransportation allowance\nAnnual medical check-up\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
