If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aDFX & Process Development Senior Manager located inPrai, Penang.\nResponsible for managing a team of DFX engineers to ensure that cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.\nProvide technical leadership on new technology development, qualification, and deployment into operations to deliver best-in-class manufacturing and technology solutions across the cluster.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nProvide technical direction to Hardware and Software Engineering & Design teams.\n\nOversee resource budgeting, allocation, review, and approval.\n\nTrack projects and progress through regular reviews.\n\nDevelop control systems and reports which accurately measure progress, identify potential technical problems, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure that commitments are met.\n\nParticipate in product architecture and feasibility technical reviews.\n\nAid and guide in the development of product designs from proposal to delivery.\n\nProvide technical support to customers and the Sales team.\n\nImplement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training in the EMS industry.\n\nTypically requires 9 years of engineering experience, including supervision, in the EMS industry.\n\nExperience in managing a DFX engineering team is a strong advantage.\n\nDemonstrates strong capability, technical knowledge, and experience in multiple areas of PCBA manufacturing and DFX in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.\n\nDemonstrates functional, technical, people, and manufacturing management skills, as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.\n\nDemonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries, or functions, and an understanding of the interdependencies of such processes at the site.\n\nMust have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical benefits, dental, vision\n\nLife Insurance\n\nPaid Time Off\n\nAllowances & Bonuses*\n\nNB09\nAA98\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
