The Director, Operations will be responsible for leading and overseeing advanced and electronic assembly operations, high-volume production, technology integration, and NPI operational excellence.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nGuarantee production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications, required by customers, at the most cutthroat cost.\n\nDefine operational financial goals.\n\nOperational business experience including a successful performance track record managing staff and P&L.\n\nEstablish and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments.\n\nDefine and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating goals.\n\nMeet with Executive Business at least monthly to review and evaluate KOI's.\n\nAttend quarterly business reviews with key customers.\n\nPartner with other business to establish strategic plans and goals.\n\nDirect and control the activities on purchasing business, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and logistics.\n\nImplement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience\n\nExperience in manufacturing sector\n\nHighly technical background with hands-on experience leading and operating advanced manufacturing operations, process characterization, and manufacturing industrialization, in high-complexity environments.\n\nProven experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), including product and new technology launches, from concept and validation through production ramp-up.\n\nAdvanced English communication skill\n\nManagement skills in Manufacturing\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\n\nLife & Medical insurance.\n\nChristmas Bonus.\n\nFood Coupons.\n\nSaving Fund.\n\nGR66\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
