If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nPrinciple Accountabilities:*Surveys and evaluates future and current vendors.\n*Prepares and implements QA Policies and Procedures.\n*Reviews discrepancy reports and implements corrective actions.\n*Reports progress to customers as required. Maintains contact with customers to ensure their business needs are met or exceeded.\n*Conducts presentations to staff as required.\n*Establishes QA objectives and creates plan of action.\n*Cooperates with top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures and goals.\n*Evaluates content of reports from product assurance program department heads and confers with top management in formulating fiscal budget for product assurance program.\n*Confers with engineering about quality assurance of new products designed and manufactured.\n*Reviews technical publications, articles and abstract to stay abreast of technical developments in industry.\n*Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.\nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\n*Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses.\n*Must have knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and applicable regulations.\n*Demonstrated skills in project management and ability to train others to lead projects.\n*International travel may be required.\n*Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.\n*Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.\n*Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style.\n*Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.\n*Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference to practical situations.\n*Ability to think strategically, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.\n*Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.\nCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:\n*NA\nScope / Impact:\n*Impacts the long-term (annual) direction and financial or operational success of the function and/or site.
