If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nThe “DL Recruiter ” will be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang, reporting to DL Recruitment Lead.\nThis role is responsible for supporting high-volume hiring for Technician and Operator roles, mastering sourcing strategies, ensuring timely delivery, strong candidate experience, and effective coordination with hiring teams.\nResponsibilities:\nManage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Technician and Operator roles\nFocus on strategic sourcing, external partnerships, and talent pipeline development\nCoordinate and support walk-in interviews, career fairs, and hiring events\nBuild and maintain external collaboration with manpower agencies, training institutes, colleges, and community partners\nScreen candidates efficiently and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements\nPartner closely with hiring managers to drive fast turnaround and meet hiring timelines\nManage candidate communication and follow-ups to ensure good experience and strong conversion rates\nTrack and maintain recruitment pipeline to ensure SLA and hiring targets are met\nSupport offer process including preparation, explanation, and follow-up\nEnsure compliance with internal recruitment processes and documentation requirements\nRepresent Flex as an employer of choice during candidate interactions and hiring activities\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent\nminimum 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably Technician / Operator hiring\nProven track record in strategic sourcing and external collaboration (agencies, colleges, training partners) for high volume Technician / Operator hiring\nExperience in campus recruitment and building talent pipelines\nProficient in Excel/Google Sheets with basic data tracking and analysis skill\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment\nGood coordination and communication skills with candidates and hiring managers\nSelf-driven and able to manage recruitment activities independently with minimal supervision\nStrong knowledge of recruitment systems and onboarding processes\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical benefits, dental, vision\nLife Insurance\nPaid Time Off\nAllowances & Bonuses\nSV14\nJob Category\nHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
