If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a EHS Advisor, located in Poland. (Remote)\nThis is a dynamic, travel-intensive role, with extensive on-site presence required across multiple locations in Europe.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead and promote a positive EHS Culture across the site, with all site personnel to drive a safe working environment.\nAssist Site Managers to ensure safe completion of tasks and activities.\nDevise and implement safety plans in line with client requirements to provide safe place of operation.\nLiaise with contractors to ensure Safe System of Works are implemented.\nMonitor site operations and practices to ensure compliance.\nAttend site project meetings to discuss EHS issues and plans.\nEnsure all EHS documentation is in place and valid.\nIssue Safety Reports to detail accident, incidents, and safety issues.\nCoordinate and maintain Organisational Management Systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) to ensure the effective management of Health, Safety and Environment matters at the Site Services Offices and on Operational Sites.\nReview, update, and publish HSA Controlled Documentation.\nConduct and participate in the Auditing Process to assure compliance to requirements and report on findings.\nCommunicate & Maintain Organisational Policies and Metrics.\nProactively work with operational teams to ensure that EHS is considered at all stages and that relevant control measures are identified.\nMonitoring and Measuring EHS objectives and targets in-line with defined metrics.\nCompliance Assurance in line with client, legislation, and best practices.\nManaging, mentoring, training, and coaching personnel to HSA requirements and norms.\nAny other ad-hoc duties within the department.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\n Willingness to travel extensively within the EU (regular on-site presence required)\nExperience in a similar EHS role within a construction industry.\nAbility to communicate fluently in English and Polish (verbally and in writing)\nAt least of 4 years of experience in EH&S or related position.\nThorough knowledge of ISO: 45001 and ISO: 14001 standards.\nExperience working / communicating with sub-contractors.\nAbility to advise on EHS issues and lead day-to-day site EHS activities.\nAbility to investigate accident incidents and develop preventive measures to mitigate future risk.\nAbility to organise own workload and use initiative.\nConfident under pressure and able to handle multifaceted objectives.\nHigh level of organisation\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nInteresting and challenging job in an experienced and close-knit team\nSubstantive support in the process of adaptation\nParticipation in projects of international scope\nSocial package (private medical care, life insurance and benefit card)\nContract of employment\nGS110\nKS59\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
