If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. Environmental Health & Safety Manager located in Aguascalientes.\nReporting to the EH&S Director, Environmental Health & Safety Manager role involves in charge of providing immediate supervision to a group of employees for the implementation of complex activities related to the efficient management of Environmental Health & Safety programs in offices and manufacturing sites to ensure that the required company and government standards and regulations are met.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nManage, through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) programs in offices, manufacturing sites, and plants with control results in terms of costs, methods, and employees.\nDevelop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.\nConduct meetings involving environmental safety, training, and awareness programs.\nOversee proper maintenance of buildings, furniture and fixtures in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.\nProvide direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance and act as advisor to unit, or sub-units and get involved as required to meet schedules or resolve problems.\nEstablish and recommend changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s).\nInteract frequently with subordinate supervisors, customers and/or functional peer group managers.\nConduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.\nManage budget and schedule for moderately complex EH&S activities, including costs of contract labor, equipment, and materials.\nTrain staff on any changes to policy and procedures.\nImplement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS or equivalent work experience\nFluent English\nExperience in similar position or related experience\nExperience in EH&S and knowledge of related regulations, codes, and guidelines\nExcellent communication skills and ability to proactively develop and drive initiatives.\nAbility to communicate and demonstrate technical expertise with internal and external customers.\nExperience in metal mechanics industry\nDesirable experience in machinery safety\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nXS65\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
