The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a EHS Manager located in Tczew, Poland.\nAs part of our operations, you will support a manufacturing environment focused on mechanical infrastructure solutions for the data center industry, including metal fabrication, machining and warehouse activities.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nImplement and oversee the company’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy, ensuring compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and driving continuous improvement.\nLead, develop and mentor the EHS team, fostering high performance, engagement, team building and continuous professional growth.\nDevelop, implement and continuously improve HSE and Recycling policies, procedures, standards and employee awareness programs.\nMonitor workplace conditions across manufacturing and warehouse operations, identify risks, recommend corrective actions and coordinate their implementation to improve safety and environmental performance.\nManage documentation related to workplace accidents, occupational diseases, HSE inspections, measurements and risk assessments.\nSupport the design of new production workstations and develop health and safety guidelines for production equipment, including machining, bending and punching operations.\nCollaborate with employee representatives, occupational health physicians and key stakeholders to enhance workplace safety and working conditions.\nCoordinate external and customer audits related to HSE, Environmental Protection and Recycling, while sharing best practices across manufacturing sites.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nUniversity degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, or a related field, or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety.\nExcellent knowledge of health and safety, environmental protection, and fire protection regulations, as well as ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.\nGood command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.\nAbility to work independently, make key decisions, demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and high ethical standards.\nStrong teamwork and team coordination skills.\nAbility to perform effectively in a demanding and stressful environment.\nInternal auditor certification would be considered an advantage.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nInteresting and challenging work in an experienced and well-coordinated team\nSubstantive support during the onboarding process\nParticipation in international projects and collaboration with high-class specialists\nAccess to modern technologies\nDevelopment through co-financing for studies or foreign language learning\nSports cards and free use of the on-site gym\nPrivate medical care (with an on-site office)\nClear promotion criteria\nEmployment contract\nGS110\nKS59\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
