The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a EHS Specialist located in Tczew, Poland.\nReporting to the EH&S and Recycling Manager, theEHS Specialist role involves implementing occupational health and safety tasks while ensuring the correct operation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System compliant with health and safety regulations and ISO 45001.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nInspect working conditions and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations.\nIdentify occupational hazards and prepare relevant reports and root causes.\nParticipate in occupational risk assessments and investigations of incidents.\nMaintain records and documentation related to incidents, diseases and harmful factors in the work environment.\nManage of indicators related to working environment and measurements of harmful factors with storing and analyzing results.\nDevelop, update and implement safety instructions, procedures and related documentation.\nConduct training on occupational health and safety, fire protection and chemical handling.\nCollaborate with internal departments, company doctor and relevant authorities to implement safety objectives.\nManage of fire protection equipment and verify chemical safety data sheets.\nPrepare reports and submit required documentation to state and local authorities (e.g., PIP, PIS).\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nProven ability to independently manage safety standards and complex health and safety tasks.\nUniversity degree or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.\nAt least 5 years of experience in occupational health and safety roles.\nStrong knowledge of legal regulations related to occupational health, safety, and fire protection.
