If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Engineer - Supply Chain position will be based in Chennai.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDevelop and Maintain Reporting architecture, reports and specific reporting tools required to support the Segment.\n\nPublishing of KPI for supply chain organization on timely manner and data availability for business decision making.\n\nProvide support to the Strategic Supply Chain Managers in the development of strategies, trend reporting, KPI Objectives.\n\nSupport and manage data integrity evaluation and solution engagement on supply chain metrics.\n\nAssist the Commodity team in negotiations activity through analysis of supplier quotations and Global Procurement negotiation coverage.\n\nCompile adhoc reports requested by Commodity Managers and Strategic Supply Chain Managers\n\nAssist in the gathering of supply and demand information from various Flex manufacturing sites utilized by the Business Segment and assist in the analysis of data as appropriate.\n\nCollaborate with peer and supporting functional groups to maximize standardization of Corporate metric reporting and Segment management reporting.\n\nTrack, report and support inventory & MM related activities.\n\nHere is some of what you will need (required):\nGood system expertise with MS office tools\n\nBE -EEE, ECE, MECH\n\n3 to 5 years’ experience in supply chain\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nAnalytical skills\n\nPreferable to have expertise in SQL, VBA and BI tools (MSTR, Tableau)\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nHealth Insurance\n\nPaid Time Off\n\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
