If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nJob Title: Engineer -Test Programming\n\nExperience Required: \n1-3 years in Python test automation for systems/software/hardware products; networking domain experience preferred.\n\nShift:Open to night shifts.\n\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nStrong programming knowledge: Python (mandatory)\nFamiliarity in Markup Language (YAML/JSON/XML) and scripting in Linux/Unix environments\nUnderstanding of Design for Test (DFT) techniques and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP).\nExperience with Unit Testing frameworks such as Pytest\nHands-on experience with PCBA manufacturing operations, SMT technology, and automated testing systems.\nKnowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.\nGood to have Networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNP\nKnowledge of SQL, data analytics tools, and debugging methodologies.\nExcellent communication and documentation skills\nAbility to work independently or collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\nReporting & Decision-making skills.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nDevelop, debug and Maintain Python-based test scripts for functional and system-level testing\nPerform product integrity testing for compliance and reliability against defined test plans.\nWrite test plans, test cases, and test reports for validation and quality assurance.\nTroubleshoot failures through log analysis, debugging, and CLI-based investigations...\nAnalyze deviations and update scripts to accommodate component changes.\nCollaborate with Product Operations, manufacturing partners, and engineering teams to implement and deploy test strategies...\nApply statistical methods and data analytics (e.g., JMP, Python) to optimize test efficiency and drive yield improvements.\nWork closely with Operation teams to isolate issues and validate defect fixes.\nOptimize automation code for performance, reliability, and maintainability.\nEnsure timely creation and distribution of reports and dashboards to stakeholders.\nOversee the entire software development lifecycle and monitor key performance metrics.\nMentor team members and provide guidance to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.\nConduct ongoing training for new and existing team members on relevant tools, technologies, and best practices.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nHealth Insurance\nPTO\nCF17\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex pays for all costs associated with the application, interview or offer process, a candidate will not be asked for any payment related to these costs.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
