If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nJob Description\nJob Description\nWhat a typical day looks like:\n**Work Shift: 6:00pm-6:00am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday**\nMaintain continuous system operation by adjusting, repairing, replacing, or modifying automation/robotic system components\nTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components and return to serviceability\nEnsure preventative maintenance of robotic and process support equipment are completed on a regularly scheduled basis.\nUnderstanding of PLCs\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams including complex automated system drawings.\nCollaborate with the automation team in the qualification process of automated systems.\nAssists engineers in developing and designing hardware and software required for all automation solutions per specifications.\nThrough troubleshooting, identifies machine malfunctions and isolates the failure mechanism.\nRepairs the failure mechanism in the most cost-effective manner.\nPerforms preventive maintenance at specified intervals and schedules.\nPerforms calibrations and re-qualifications on equipment at specified intervals and schedules.\nAssists process technicians and engineers with the installation and removal of process equipment.\nAnalyzes and implements corrective action reports and process tracking mechanisms.\nDisassembles instruments and equipment and inspects components for defects.\nAligns, repairs, replaces, and balances component parts and circuitry.\nAssists engineers in formulating test, calibration, repair and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain precision accuracy of measuring, recording and indicating instruments and equipment.\nHighest level may perform both software and hardware maintenance.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nComputer skills\nExperience with material handling, automation and/or robotics equipment\nElectronic Assembly: schematics, PCB loading, mechanical assembly\nCables: crimping, harness assembly, connector/wire soldering, cable prepping\nTesting: oscilloscope, cable & harness testing, troubleshooting, component testing, logic analyzer\nMachine Operations: automatic component insertion equipment, surface mount insertion equipment, wave soldering\nMechanical & Electrical Tools: power air guns, taps & dies, alignment tools, measuring tools\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
