If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor located in Orangeburg SC\nReporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor coordinates activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment to attain goals consistent with safety, cost, quality, and delivery requirements.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDirects daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.\nEstablishes preventative maintenance schedules. \nForecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.\nReviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.\nCoordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations. \nSelects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function. \nAdminister safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.\nGenerates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.\nWork in a high-volume environment troubleshooting highly automated electronic and mechanical equipment in a timely manner.\nCommunicate effectively within the team, to customers, and to management.\nAdapt to handle multiple assignments and projects and work to complete them rapidly and effectively. \nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.\nAbility to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nExperience with working on highly automated machinery robotics including ABB and Fanuc Robots preferred\n5 years supervisory experience (Lead, supervisor, management, military equivalent)\nStrong communication skill, team building and supervisory\nPress, Weld and painting processes in manufacturing are preferred\nAbility to speak effectively before groups of employees, manufacturing support, and peers\nMust have well-developed problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands. \nA good understanding of PLC systems and automated systems.
