Strong people leadership experience\nmaintaining strategy (PM/PdM) , Budget and spare parts management , complying safety leadership and promoting continuous improvement / Lean manufacturing and Cross-functional stakeholder management.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDirect daily activities to optimize equipment use and meet production demands.\nEstablish and manage preventative maintenance schedules.\nEstablishes preventative maintenance schedules.\nGenerates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.\nForecast departmental operating costs and prepare budget requests.\nAssess and determine resource needs for materials, equipment, and manpower.\nUse of various tools associated with the following areas may be required: Electronic Assembly,\nCables, Testing, Machine Operations, Mechanical and Electrical Pneumatics Repair.\nCoordinate maintenance efforts with engineering and operations teams.\nSelect and develop personnel for efficient departmental functioning.\nImplement safety programs to ensure a safe workplace.\nGenerate maintenance logs and operational metrics.\nTroubleshoot automated electronic and mechanical equipment in a high-volume environment.\nCommunicate effectively with team members, customers, and management.\nManage multiple assignments and projects efficiently.\nAnalyze problems, gather data, and draw conclusions.\nInterpret technical instructions and manage various variables\nEnsure that all technical training team personnel are trained and certified in their specific functions, and that no task is performed by untrained personnel.\nEnsures ISO and safety standards are adhered.\nLeverages industry practices and applies to internal systems and processes.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent Maintenance Experience\n10 + years of Maintenance Experience Supervisory\n10 + years of Supervisory, Team Management, Team Building\nExperience with automated machinery and robotics.\nElectrical Systems Investigation\nHydraulic Systems Investigation\nStructural Integrity Analysis\nCross-functional Collaboration\nProcess Monitoring\nManufacturing Process Improvement\nStandardization of Work Instructions\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nKnowledge of PLC systems and ability to manage maintenance teams across shifts.\nProficiency in mathematical concepts and their practical applications.\nSD20\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
