If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Executive Assistant located in Columbia, SC.\nReporting to the General Manager, the Executive Assistant’s role is responsible for a diverse range of duties and opportunities in the areas of administration, operations, project management and stakeholder management, in support of the Site General Manager.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nManage day-to-day schedules/priorities to optimize Site General Manager’s time and to ensure meeting preparedness\nCoordinate internal and external meetings (reservations, room bookings, etc.)\nAssist with food orders, event planning, and other business-related on-site and off-site meetings/events\nManage email inbox, calendar and calls\nBook domestic and international travel in alignment with the company's travel policy, considering travel Visas, process, costs, and proper documentation\nVerifies and approves certain transactions on behalf of the GM\nEnsure the timely submission of purchase orders, expense reports for the GM and direct reports\nOther administrative and project duties as needed\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP/GM level executives (including travel, event coordination, meeting preparations, and customer interactions).\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nStrong organizational skills, event coordination experience, and a customer service mindset.\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nFamiliarity with the manufacturing business - a plus!\nRM21\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
