You will oversee all facilities operations and maintenance at the company's state-of-the-art manufacturing sites.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead and develop facility teams across all Southeast Asia sites.\n\nEstablish regional facilities strategy aligned with corporate objectives\n\nEnsure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of all facilities infrastructure including: Electrical systems, HV/LV distribution systems, Chillers and HVAC systems, Compressed air systems, Process cooling water systems & Fire protection systems\n\nReview and approve project scope, budget, schedules, and contractor selection.\n\nDevelop and manage regional facilities OPEX and CAPEX budgets\n\nEnsure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.\n\nOversee facility-related audits and inspections.\n\nDevelop regional energy reduction roadmap\n\nPartner closely with stakeholders & serve as the regional escalation point for major facility issues\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nMinimum of 15 years of experience in a senior facilities management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry and 8 years in senior leadership roles\n\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines\n\nStrong communication and strong manufacturing industry experience preferred: Electronics manufacturing, Semiconductor or Industrial manufacturing\n\nProficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications\n\nStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, Electrical distribution systems, Fire systems, Architecture and civil engineering and Building automation systems\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nMedical benefits, dental, vision\n\nLife Insurance\n\nPaid Time Off\n\nAA07\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
