If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nSummary:\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a “Facilities Engineer ” located in Flex Aguascalientes.\nResponsibilities\nResearch facility products or equipment specifications and performance requirements to define designs which can be produced by existing manufacturing or processing facilities and methods.\nResearch engineering proposals, process requirements and related technical data pertaining to industrial facilities machinery and equipment design.\nDefines feasibility of designing new plant facilities equipment or modifying existing facilities considering costs, available space, time limitations, company planning and other technical and economic factors.\nProvides technical facilities information concerning manufacturing or processing techniques, materials, properties and process advantages and limitations which affect long-range plant and product engineering planning.\nCompiles and researches facilities data to establish performance standards for newly designed or modified equipment.\nStudies engineering and technical publications to keep abreast of technical changes and developments in industry.\nUses computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.\nGuides projects and project teams.\nManage the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facility utility systems, including compressed air, nitrogen, special gases, and wastewater treatment systems.\nLead and coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems and industrial utilities.\nCoordinate external contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.\nManage vendor relationships, service agreements, and contractor performance to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.\nSupervise and coordinate maintenance teams and cross-functional resources to support facility operations and business objectives.\nSupport root cause investigations and implement corrective actions related to facilities and utility systems.\nEnsure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to facilities operations.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience and training.\nTypically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.\nMinimum 4 years of experience in Facilities Engineering, Utilities, or Facilities Maintenance within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience managing contractors, service providers, and multidisciplinary maintenance teams.\nKnowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance methodologies.\nBasic English communication skills (written and verbal).\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKM09\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
