If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Facilities engineer located on Flex North.\nReporting to the Facilities Manager theFacilities engineer Applies engineering values to design, modify or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment, or processes used in processing or manufacturing products.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nManage and maintain the facility infrastructure, ensuring the building and support systems operate safely and efficiently.\nSupport the operation, maintenance and optimization of facility equipment and utilities.\nMonitor and improve the performance and reliability of building systems and electromechanical equipment.\nLead facility improvement projects, equipment installations, infrastructure upgrades and capacity expansions.\nEvaluate technical requirements, equipment specifications and facility needs to support manufacturing operations.\nCoordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems.\nTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.\nManage external contractors and service providers performing facility-related work.\nEnsure compliance with applicable safety, environmental and facility regulations.\nDevelop and maintain maintenance procedures, technical documentation and operating standards.\nSupport energy efficiency, cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide technical guidance and daily direction to maintenance personnel and contractors involved in facility activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure facility systems meet operational requirements.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.\nExperience leading and coordinating maintenance technicians, contractors and facility personnel, including task assignment, performance follow-up and daily operational support.\nExperience in Facilities Engineering, Building Infrastructure or Industrial Maintenance.\nStrong knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.\nExperience with power distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, motor controls and electrical protection devices.\nExperience with HVAC systems, air compressors, chillers, cooling systems, pumps and industrial utilities.\nKnowledge of preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance methodologies.\nExperience troubleshooting electromechanical systems and facility infrastructure.\nExperience managing facility-related projects and coordinating contractors.\nAbility to perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions.\nExperience providing direction, coordination or leadership to maintenance teams, technicians or contractors.\nIntermediate English communication skills (written and verbal).\nStrong problem-solving and organizational skills.\nundefined\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKC10\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
