If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Facilities Manager located in Warrington, United Kingdom.\nReporting to the Senior Director Facilities EMEA, the Facilities Manager role involves managing, coordinating, and overseeing various functions of our Warrington facility.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nResponsible for the maintenance of office, warehouse, truck yards, parking, and landscaped areas and equipment and housekeeping of the aforementioned facilities layouts, arrangements, as required by business\nIdentify and supervise implementation of energy saving projects, cost reduction and cost avoidance projects\nCoordinate, manage and direct the design, planning, construction and alteration of building and building structures, equipment, machinery, - and other facilities infrastructures\nPlan, budget and schedule various facilities modifications, including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts and contracts for construction and rentals\nResponsible for tracking performance over the lifetime of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, lighting and all other facility equipment.\nAct as liaison to public utility, environmental and energy agencies\nInspect plant and evaluate use of space and facilities\nResponsible for the building regulatory compliance\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\n3-6 years of experience in Facilities or any related field\nPrevious experience of managing contractors and stakeholders\nExperience in leading Facility services ideally in a logistics/services environment (with a population not less than 100 employees)\nBachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field (Electrical, Civil/Strucutre or Mechanical Engineering)\nNegotiation level of English language\nStrong analytical & decision making skills\nExcellent people and process management skills\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nContinuous training tailored to your role and skill set\n33 days holidays inclusive of bank holidays per annum\nHoliday purchase scheme\nPension and life assurance scheme\nFunding, Education, Study and Training scheme - employees can apply for £250/year which aids their development such as gym membership, language classes\nFlexible working hours\nGreat team and work environment, a truly international workplace\nSupportive and flexible culture\nChallenging assignments\nCharity of the year and volunteering opportunities in the local community\nEmployee Assistance Program\nBB97\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
