If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nRepairs, modifications and preventative maintenance on building and facilities equipment, fixtures and systems.\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nResponds to service calls and in-house repairs throughout the facility.\n\nTroubleshoots, responds to work orders, repairs systems and equipment.\n\nInstalls office fixtures and performs work in various maintenance trades including mechanical, electrical and plumbing.\n\nRoutine assignments include moving furniture, materials and equipment.\n\nConducts scheduled preventative maintenance and breaks down equipment for clean up.\n\nConverses with equipment operators to ascertain problems with equipment before breakdown, and to determine if breakdown is due to human error or mechanical problems.\n\nTests faulty equipment and applies knowledge of functional operation of electronic units and systems to diagnose cause of malfunction.\n\nTests electronic components and circuits to locate defects.\n\nReplaces defective components and wiring and adjusts mechanical parts.\n\nAligns, adjusts and calibrates equipment according to specifications.\n\nCalibrates testing instruments.\n\nMay maintain records of repairs, calibrations and tests.\n\nEnters information into computer to copy program from one electronic component to another, or to draw, modify or to store schematics.\n\nOversees emergency system backup.\n\nEnsures plumbing, sewer, water, electrical and mechanical systems are functional.\n\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
