If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Failure Analysis Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Process Engineering Manager, the Failure Analysis Engineer role is responsible for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving failures in complex electronic products through advanced troubleshooting techniques, functional testing, and root cause analysis. This role supports manufacturing operations by developing, validating, and improving functional test solutions while ensuring product quality, reliability, and process efficiency.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nPerform failure analysis on electronic assemblies, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and finished products.\nTroubleshoot and diagnose electronic failures using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other laboratory equipment.\nInterpret electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, datasheets, and technical documentation.\nDevelop, implement, and validate functional test solutions for new products and manufacturing processes.\nProvide technical support to manufacturing operations for complex product and process issues.\nAnalyze and debug microcontroller-based and embedded systems.\nDevelop scripts, tools, and software applications to automate testing and data collection.\nGenerate technical reports documenting failures, corrective actions, and process improvements.\nCollaborate with Design Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Process Engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including test development and validation.\nCreate and maintain documentation, procedures, and standards related to troubleshooting and functional testing.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Automation, Computer Engineering, or related field\nIntermediate English\nKnowledge of electronic circuit troubleshooting and diagnostics.\nExperience in Electronics Manufacturing\nFunctional Test (FCT) Development & Validation\nFailure Analysis & Electronics Troubleshooting\nTest Automation & Data Acquisition\nKnowledge and understanding of functional test scripts.\nExperience supporting manufacturing test stations and diagnostic tools\nExperience with routers, switches, and servers\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nGM13\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
