You'll report to our Director of FP&A and get real exposure to the exec team.\nWhat You'll Do\nBe the finance partner to go-to-market\nOwn reporting on the ROI of our growth investments - by channel, campaign, and segment - so the team knows what's working and what to cut\n\nRun Deal Desk: serve as the finance liaison on pricing, deal structure, and non-standard terms, and be the person go-to-market pulls in before a deal gets committed\n\nBuild and maintain the customer and growth economics that inform how we invest in acquisition\n\nSit in go-to-market's meetings, not just their inbox - translate their questions into analysis and hand back a recommendation instead of a spreadsheet\n\nRun the budget cycle with the teams\nPartner with department leads through quarterly budget and headcount planning - collect inputs, pressure-test them, and translate them into the plan\n\nTrack spend against budget, surface drift before it compounds, and flag what needs a decision\n\nBuild the analysis behind headcount, vendor, and resourcing calls - payback, cost-to-serve, build-vs-buy\n\nSupport forecasting and reporting\nSupport the monthly forecast cycle: pull and reconcile actuals, build the variance analysis, and draft the commentary that explains what moved and why\n\nMaintain the schedules and drivers that feed the company operating model, working alongside the Director of FP&A\n\nHelp assemble the monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership, the board, and lenders\n\nAutomate anything you do twice\nReplace recurring manual work with something durable - AI workflows, queries, dashboards, templates - so next month it takes minutes\n\nBring rigor to automated output: reconcile it, stress it, and know where it breaks before someone else finds out\n\nRequirements\n0-2 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, Big 4, or a comparably analytical role - exceptional new grads welcome\n\nBachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitative field\n\nYou build financial models from a blank sheet. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets is table stakes here, not a bullet point\n\nHands-on exposure to a real budgeting or forecasting cycle\n\nAI is already the default in how you work, and you have the judgment to go with it: a reliable instinct for when a machine-generated answer is wrong, and the discipline to check before you forward it\n\nYou write clearly.
