Located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the VP, Program Management. This role goes beyond execution - it requires someone who can connect project delivery with financial performance, optimize investment decisions, and provide leadership with actionable business insights.\nYou will serve as a key partner to Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership, ensuring that projects are not only delivered on time but also maximize ROI and business value.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nLead a portfolio of high-value, complex projects and strategic initiatives\nEnsure alignment between business strategy, financial goals, and project execution\nEstablish and oversee project governance frameworks and KPIs\nOwn project financials include:Budget planning and forecasting\nCost tracking and variance analysis\n\nPartner with Finance to ensure financial discipline across all projects\nDrive data-backed investment decisions and prioritization\nDevelop and maintain executive dashboards and performance metrics\nTranslate large datasets into clear insights and recommendations\nWork closely with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.\nExperience in Electronics Industry.\nStrong experience in Project / Portfolio Management.\nStrong communication skill (English and Spanish).\nStrong background in financial analysis within project environments.\nProven experience managing large budgets and complex portfolios.\nAdvanced expertise in: Financial modeling (ROI, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting), Data analysis and visualization tools.\nAbility and willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.\nExperience with demanding clients.\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment with exposure to complex operational challenges.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nSC69\nJob Category\nOperationsRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
