The role emphasizes financial data quality, ERP/reporting traceability, automation, governance, variance analysis, and management-ready recommendations for controllership, FP&A, operations finance, logistics finance, and business leadership.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nTranslate Finance and business questions into clear analytics requirements, reliable data models, and reporting solutions.\nProvide financial insight through dashboards, KPI scorecards, reconciliations, variance analysis, trend analysis, and executive ready reporting.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, documentation, and governance across Finance-related sources such as ERP, data warehouse, reporting platforms, planning systems, and relevant operational systems.\nSupport process optimization, reporting automation, system controls, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve Finance reporting accuracy and efficiency.\nExperience working closely with controllers, finance managers, FP&A, operations, logistics/supply chain, and leadership teams to convert transactional data into dashboards and decision-support reports.\nStrong ability to identify root causes of data differences between systems and design controls that improve reporting accuracy, data integrity, and financial traceability.\nHands-on exposure to large enterprise systems and structured reporting environments, including ERP, data warehouse, SQL Server, BI dashboards, and operational systems that feed Finance reporting.\nPractical experience preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, charts, KPI dashboards, scorecards, and management recommendations based on data from multiple sources.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.\nExperience in: finance analytics, business Intelligence, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), financial reporting, finance-related data analysis\nFluent English preferred\nActual vs. Forecast/Budget analysis.\nAdvanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas).\nPower BI and/or Tableau.\nAdvanced SQL skills (data extraction, validation, and reporting).\nExperience with ERP systems, Data Warehouses, and enterprise reporting tools.\nReporting automation and ETL processes (SSIS/SSRS preferred)\nVariance Analysis.\nCost Center Reporting.\nCost Savings and Cost Avoidance analysis.\nFinancial and operational KPI reporting.\nFinancial reconciliations and data controls.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nCV19\nJob Category\nFinanceRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
