If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Fulfillment Supervisor located in Bielsko-Biala,Poland.\nReporting to the Senior Materials Manager, the Fulfillment Supervisor role involves overseeing activities related to the procurement of Direct materials, parts, components and equipment. Directs and coordinates activities of personnel engaged in procurement consistent with delivery requirements and quality specifications.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nFollowing-up policies and procedures for the operation of procurement activities.\nEstablishing goals for purchasing department aligned with roadmap and strategy of the company\nManaging and guiding a team of buyers to meet procurement and supplier management goals\nSupervising the team in the management of the supply chain to achieve continuous timely supply of parts and services\nApproving purchase orders and change notices through subordinates.\nInvestigating inventory levels.
