If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Engineer located on Flex North.\nReporting to the Test Engineering Manager the Test Engineer Responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDirects and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing. \nDirects and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data. \nInterfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues. \nEvaluates and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel. \nMay develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software. \nTrains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques. \nResolves test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements. \nPerform and support equipment verification and integration in production. \nCreate and maintain process documentation. \nActively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector. \nDefines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations. \nDevelops and/or modifies test programs using various languages (i.e. Python, Lab View, Perl etc.). \nDevelops instrument drivers. \nDevelops and/or supports diagnostic tests at the card edge level. \nDesigns and supports functional test hardware, computer platforms and interfaces. \nDevelops test plans and procedures. \nCoordinates 3rd party development of functional test development,enhancements, test fixtures. \nDevelops quotations for functional test hardware and software. \nDevelops and/or supports quality comprehensive test programs. \nDesigns, develops and/or supports environmental test programs, procedures and profiles \nPerforms failure analysis on environmental test failures. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.\nExperience in electronics test engineering within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of functional testing, environmental testing, diagnostic testing, and test system integration.\nExperience developing and supporting test hardware, fixtures, interfaces, and automated test equipment (ATE).\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, LabVIEW, Perl, or similar for test automation and data acquisition.\nExperience developing test plans, test procedures, and process documentation.\nKnowledge of instrumentation, calibration, data acquisition systems, and instrument drivers.\nExperience performing root cause analysis (RCA), failure analysis, and corrective action implementation.\nFamiliarity with electronic troubleshooting at PCB/board level.\nExperience analyzing test yield performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nAbility to evaluate and interpret test data and prepare technical reports.\nExperience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) and production test implementation.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing quality systems and statistical analysis methodologies.\nExperience coordinating external suppliers or third parties for test development projects and fixtures.\nStrong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExperience training and mentoring test technicians, operators, and engineering personnel.\nAdvanced English communication skills (written and verbal).\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKC10\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
