If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Global Program Manager located in Austin TX\nReporting to the VP Early Engagement & Launch Excellence, the Global Program Manager will ensure there is a common interface to the Customer and between the multiple sites; focuses on tactical execution that affects the strategic relationship between Flex and the Customer; continues to monitor and reduce program risk, while maximizing program profitability.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDevelop high-quality executive presentations, business updates, and leadership communications.\nTranslate complex information and data into clear, and compelling messages.\nCreate content and storytelling for executive meetings, business reviews, town halls, and leadership discussions.\nSupport the preparation of PowerPoint presentations, executive briefings, talking points, and written communications.\nPMO and business leaders to collect, organize, and synthesize information across multiple programs and initiatives.\nHelp communicate key priorities, accomplishments, risks, and business outcomes.\nSupport leadership meetings by developing agendas, presentation materials, and follow-up communications.\nEnsure consistency and quality across PMO communications and executive materials.\nHelp improve how the PMO communicates its strategy, value, priorities, and results across the organization\nAct as the leader and sponsor for Global customer FPLC projects and has sign off responsibility at the phase gate reviews \nCoordinate / manage Global Customer business reviews on a quarterly basis \nInput into Customer Contract development and ensures Contract requirements are adhered to by both operations and customers. \nIdentify additional opportunities within a division/segment or account and support the integrated sales proposal. \nEnsure cost reduction plans are in place to meet customer targets. \nEstablish and manage Business Resumption plans for all customer commodities. \nConduct operational reviews to ensure Flex and Customer requirements are at the required levels. \nInput operational and manufacturing strategies to support customer business strategies. \nEstablish performance measurements for Global PM Organization to maximize profit and reduce liability (CSMP, KOI, P&L etc.). \nConducts CSMP with Customer Senior management. \nEnsure CSMP schedule is adhered to, and improvement actions are implemented and communicated to the customer. \nSetting and resetting customer expectations. \nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree or Masters degree 10 years of experience in program administration/ management or related area. \nExpert functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses relationship skills. \nAbility to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and financial reports.
