If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nGeneral Purpose:\nEnsures there is a common interface to the Customer and between the multiple sites; focuses on tactical execution that affects the strategic relationship between Flex and the Customer; continues to monitor and reduce program risk, while maximizing program profitability.\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nEnsure alignment of defined strategies between the Flex manufacturing sites. \nMonitoring of key milestones ensuring adherence to identified timelines and deliverables of key objectives for specific activities. \nEnsure commonality between each of the manufacturing sites. \nPart of escalation process. \nManage customer relationship on a Global basis and is the Customer single point of Contact, Globally for all product programs and operational performance issues escalated beyond site Management. \nFacilitate internal communication between Flex vertical partners. \nFacilitate external communication between customers and Flex Sites. \nEnsure Customer’s expectations are clearly communicated and are being met within Flex. \nAct as the leader and sponsor for Global customer FPLC projects and has sign off responsibility at the phase gate reviews \nCoordinate / manage Global Customer business reviews on a quarterly basis \nInput into Customer Contract development and ensures Contract requirements are adhered to by both operations and customers. \nCo-ordinate full or part system programs, between different Flex organizations (e.g. PCB, Enclosures, B/P, Plastics, Design & Test etc.) and functions (e.g. Supply chain, Manufacturing, Design, Quality etc.). \nIdentify additional opportunities within a division/segment or account and support the integrated sales proposal. \nEnsure cost reduction plans are in place to meet customer targets. \nEstablish and manage Business Resumption plans for all customer commodities. \nConduct operational reviews to ensure Flex and Customer requirements are at the required levels. \nInput into future Flex operational and manufacturing strategies to support customer business strategies. \nEnsure Use and Sharing of best practices and Standardization of Flex and Customer processes and procedures. \nEstablish performance measurements for Global PM Organization to maximize profit and reduce liability (CSMP, KOI, P&L etc.). \nConducts CSMP with Customer Senior management. \nEnsure CSMP schedule is adhered to and improvement actions are implemented and communicated to the customer. \nFacilitating solutions for Flex and the customer. \nSetting and resetting customer expectations. \nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in program administration/ management or related area.\nAbility to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, and financial reports.\nAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.\nAbility to effectively present information to internal and external executive management.\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.\nDemonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses relationship skills.\nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.\nAbility to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.\nPreferred:\nMaster’s degree\nMF15\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
