If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an HRBP Senior Manager located in Batu Kawan, Penang.\nResponsible for partnering with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAdvise and coach business on matters related to talent management, including HR requirements, workforce planning, management selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, and change management, etc.\nPartner with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions, Anticipate talent implications and impact to the organization. Identify issues and opportunities in closing organizational performance gaps and/or deploy effective tools and programs to achieve strategic vision and goals of the business.\nSupport business segment in cascading goals to optimize alignment between business and human capital strategies, ensuring effective implementation.\nPartner with business and HR colleagues to develop and deliver an HR strategy to meet the business needs.\nDrive efficiency and positive organizational results through lean initiatives, alignment of systems, processes and structures to drive the right people behavior and engagement.\nAssist the business in making informed decisions with regard to people investment to achieve sustainable business results.\nDevelop and deliver cross-cultural communications and change strategies.\nMay participate in activities related to mergers and acquisitions.\nPlan, implement and facilitate cyclical HR initiatives (such as workforce planning, performance management, rewards planning, training and succession planning).\nAssist with HR communications and training of managers on new programs, systems and processes as required.\nManage and/or direct duties of others, set goals and drive initiatives.\nBuild strong internal customer relationships that foster a positive partnership with the business.\nEnsure compliance with all HR related laws and regulations.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nRequires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.\nTypically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.\nSelf-starter who demonstrates accountability for results.\nSound knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management and HR practices.\nExcellent business acumen and demonstrated competency in business partnership.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.\nStrong project management, process management, analytical and consulting skills.\nAbility to collaborate globally across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment.\nExcellent planning, co-ordination, and organizational skills. Strong process orientation.\nDemonstrates advanced experience and skills associated with performing assigned HR functions that are of a diverse nature.\nDemonstrates advanced /thorough knowledge of the business segment and Flex business.\nDemonstrates expert knowledge of the HR function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business entities.\nDemonstrates detailed knowledge of the complex functional areas of HR, is considered a technical expert in at least one of the functional areas and possesses a broad breadth of knowledge in other areas.
