If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nThe “HR Business Partner” will be based in Austin, TX, reporting to the Director of Human Resources Business Partner.\nResponsible for partnering with business segments to develop and carry out strategic people plans, this HR leader acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, building a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.\nThey will partner with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated people and organization solutions that align human capital strategy with business goals.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nAdvise and coach business leaders on talent management, including workforce planning, management selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, and change management.\nPartner with local HR teams and Centers of Expertise to develop and deliver integrated people and organization solutions, anticipating talent implications and their impact on the organization.\nIdentify issues and opportunities to close organizational performance gaps, and deploy effective tools and programs that support the strategic vision and goals of the business.\nSupport the business in cascading goals to align business and human capital strategies, and ensure effective implementation.\nPartner with business and HR colleagues to develop and deliver an HR strategy that meets business needs.\nDrive efficiency and positive organizational results through lean initiatives and alignment of systems, processes, and structures that encourage the right behaviors and engagement.\nHelp the business make informed decisions on people investments to achieve sustainable results.\nDevelop and deliver cross-cultural communications and change strategies.\nPlan, implement, and facilitate cyclical HR initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, rewards planning, training, and succession planning.\nSupport HR communications and train managers on new programs, systems, and processes as needed.\nMay participate in activities related to mergers and acquisitions.\nDirect the work of others, set goals, and drive initiatives to completion.\nBuild strong internal customer relationships that foster a positive partnership with the business.\nEnsure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.\nWhat we’re looking to add to our team:\nRequires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.\nTypically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.\nSelf-starter who demonstrates accountability for results.\nSound knowledge of Organization Development, Change Management, and HR practices.\nStrong business acumen and demonstrated success in business partnership.\nExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior management and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.\nStrong project management, process management, analytical, and consulting skills.\nAbility to collaborate globally across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures in an evolving matrix environment.\nExcellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills, with a strong process orientation.\nTechnical expertise in at least one HR functional area, with broad knowledge across others and an understanding of HR’s strategic impact on the organization.\nAdvanced knowledge of the business segment and Flex business, or the ability to build it quickly.\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:\nFull range of medical, dental, and vision plans\nLife Insurance\nShort-term and Long-term Disability\nMatching 401(k) Contributions\nVacation and Paid Sick Time\nTuition Reimbursement\n\nApplication Deadline:\nApplications for this job position will be accepted for at least five days following the job posting start date below and continuing until the end date below or until the position is filled.
