If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Generalist located in in Aguascalientes Site, Mexico\nThe HR Generalist role involves in charge of implementing HR programs and providing hold up to business client with respect to all people issues in order to hold up the growth and profitability of the business.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nContributes with managers on HR strategies and actions such as identify current and future talent needs, recruiting methodologies to find diverse talent, and talent development.\nAdvise site management regarding talent matters to drive outcomes that hold up our business goals, i.e., employee engagement, workforce planning, data trends and potential actions, employee policies and program matters.\nAssess management capabilities and business development opportunities.\nProvide feedback and mentor managers.\nGuides Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion activities with heads and employees, creating a safe environment that holds up diversity and provides a safe environment to our diversity workforce\nParticipates as an agile member on site and corporate projects, teams, and process improvement.\nHold up Flex Culture and our Ways of Working and Business Expertise.\nProvide managers with guidance change management regarding culture.\nServes as a consultant to hiring managers current trends in human resources management, labor laws, HR policies, etc.to reach appropriate outcomes.\nManage the employee life cycle activities with managers and employees, including on boarding, new employee orientation, annual reflection, merit, separation process and exits, etc.\nDevelops local recruitment programs and budgets.\nDevelops and maintains network of contacts and coordinates and participation in job fairs, schools and organizations regarding the organization and opportunities.\nCounsel management on policy interpretation and legal awareness.\nAdvises and investigates violations of our policies and local labor laws.\nHelp reach appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.\nCrafts programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention of critical skill employees, while minimizing company exposure to liability.\nPrepares the research, maintenance and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other department in the organization.\nPartner with Total Rewards in compensation and benefit programs.\nAdminister local benefit programs, ensuring compliance with government regulations and reporting.\nHold up HR Centers of Excellence on global initiatives at the local level.\nCommunicate and educate employees and is the head on programs benefiting the site.\nHelp craft the programs by participating in program design activities and postmortem reviews.\nParticipate and/or manage employee Sustainability initiatives and events and help local sustainability events.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nTypically requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resources related function.\nTypically requires 3-4 years of Human Resources or related experience.\nDemonstrates operations and technical skills and comprehension of Flex functional standards.\nDemonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex policies and procedures.\nHas awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.\nMust be able to communicate to all levels of the organization from production associates through executives.\nResponds to customer complaints, employee issues and regulatory agency inquiries.\nAdvanced English proficiency (written and verbal).\nIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.\nProven experience leading and influencing groups, facilitating teamwork, and driving employee engagement initiatives.\nStrong customer service mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\nLife & Medical insurance\nChristmas Bonus\nFood Coupons\nSaving Fund.\nLife Insurance\nKM09\nJob Category\nHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
