If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Human Resources Generalist located in Guadalajara, North Campus.\nReporting to the Site HRBP Director, the HR Generalist role will be responsible for implementing HR programs and training and advising employees, supervisors and managers on policies and procedures.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nProvides training and guidance to site employees, supervisors and managers on programs, systems and interpretation and application of HR policies and procures\nManages Employee Relations issues/investigations and assists with workplace concerns or risks for night shift workforce\nImpacts business initiatives and decision making by highlighting trends and opportunities for improvements through data analysis and presentation of data analytics \nEstablishes and develops relationships at all levels of the organization by interacting with workforce on a consistent basis\nAttends regularly scheduled meetings to collaborate with HR Team to deliver on HR strategies and actions to support the growth and profitability of the site\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nRequires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function..\n3- 5 years of Human Resources Generalist or related experience.\nEmployee Relations experience required.\nMust be available to work second shift.\nDemonstrated advanced experience and skills associated with performing HR functions.\nAbility to provide on-site support.\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.\nExcel & PowerPoint experience; Intermediate level required - advanced proficiency a plus.\nWorkday experience helpful.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nSC690\nJob Category\nHuman ResourcesRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
