We're helping close the gap between what the future demands and what the world can deliver.\nAt Axiom, you'll take on meaningful challenges, be trusted with real responsibility, and work alongside people who value candor, collaboration, and continuous learning.\nJob Summary\nPrinciple Accountabilities:\nProvide ongoing feedback on performance of individuals through both formal and informal evaluations.\nInitiate and participate in process development and cost improvement projects.\nCoordinate people resource requirements for the department.\nAssist in department budget planning and manage department expenses.\nCommunicate daily plan and any production or customer service issues\nHighlight material shortages, interface with Expediter/Purchasing on any part shortages\nRecognize and monitor bottlenecks.\nReport and alert resources concerning downtime.\nInterface with Test Support/Maintenance on equipment problems.\nTrack time for NPI/Pre-production/re-work.\nCommunicate with opposite shift to ensure communication flow.\nUpdate department communication boards.\nFollow quality indicators.
