If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\n\nSummary:\nThe “HR Project Manager ” will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL, reporting to the Senior Director / Regional HR Business Partner.\nThis role will be In charge planning and coordinating all aspects of internal and external projects from initiation to delivery.\nResponsibilities:\nBe a diligent, respectful, and caring steward\nCoordinates projects of varying degrees of complexity from design and development to production.\nMonitors project progress, timelines, and budget constraints to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.\nPrepare purchase orders as per established process.\nPerforms feasibility and needs/impact assessments.\nDefines resources (and resource allocation) and schedule for implementation.\nPlan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones.\nDirects and oversees project team and manages conflicts within group.\nPerforms team assessments and evaluations.\nFocus on value\nDelivers value creating a new product, service, or result that meets the needs of customers or end users; Improving efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, or impartiality; Enabling the changes needed to facilitate organizational transition to its desired future state; and Sustaining benefits enabled by previous programs, projects, or business operations.\nInteracts frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
