If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Buyer Indirect located in Guadalajara, Toluquilla offices in Tlaquepaque.\nReporting to the Commodity Manager Indirect theBuyer Indirect is responsible for managing purchasing activities and supporting procurement requirements for multiple sites. This role focuses on supplier management, sourcing, negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely acquisition of indirect purchasing; facilities and services, while complying with company policies and procedures.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nManage and follow up on procurement requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\nConduct supplier negotiations to achieve optimal commercial agreements, including lead times, pricing, payment terms, and supply conditions.\n\nAnalyze quotations, compare proposals, and recommend the best sourcing options based on cost, quality, and delivery requirements.\n\nPrepare reports and procurement analyses using Excel tools, including pivot tables and data analysis.\n\nProvide support and excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.\n\nExecute tactical purchasing decisions and support corporate sourcing initiatives.\n\nManage sourcing events, RFQs, supplier bidding processes, and contract negotiations within approved authority levels.\n\nConduct quarterly supplier performance reviews and support supplier development activities.\n\nMaintain procurement records, purchasing metrics, and reporting requirements.\n\nEstimate market values and identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis.\n\nCollaborate with suppliers and internal customers to ensure uninterrupted business operations.\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.\n\nConversational English with effective communication skills.\n\nExperience in Direct or Indirect Purchasing; commodity sourcing experience will be preferred.\n\nIntermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, What-If Analysis).\n\nIntermediate PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive presentations.\n\nProactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.\n\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary\n\nLife & Medical insurance\n\nChristmas Bonus\n\nFood Coupons\n\nSaving Fund.\n\nLife Insurance\n\nKL08\nJob Category\nGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
