If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Industrial Engineerlocated in Guadalajara North Site, Mexico.\nReport to the Director, Processs Engineering the Industrial Engineer’s role involves:\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nProvides process time estimation to the quote team.\nSimulates process, materials and manufacturing workflow and gives input to process engineers by using REFA, MOST, WITNESS and adequate tools.\nDuring NPI coordinates process planning and set up with respect to takt, cycle time and direct labor requirement.\nReviews result during prototyping and trial runs and gives feedback to NPI and sales team.\nWork measurement programs and analyze work samples to develop standards for labor utilization.\nAnalyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.\nRecommends methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocation workstations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.\nKnowledge of personnel administration.\nKnowledge of warehouse and materials processes.\nKnowledge of square footage management and billing.\nTechnical skills: knowledge of DL calculations, machine capacities, and OEE.\nExperience in Electronic Industry (desirable)\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nAdvanced English\nTypically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience\nConference with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations.\nMay develop management systems for cost analysis, financial planning, wage and salary administration, and job evaluation.\nDevelop management control systems to aid in financial planning and cost analysis, and design production planning and control systems to coordinate activities and ensure product quality.\nDesign or improve systems for the physical distribution of goods and services, as well as determining the most efficient plant locations.\nDesired management skills for engineers and technicians.\nLeads and supports initiatives to increase throughput, reduce costs and improve performance in constrained areas like LEAN, Automation and/or 6Sigma projects.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nPantry vouchers\nSaving Fund\nChristmas bonus\nHoliday bonus\nMedical Insurance\nLife Insurance\nCP68\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
