If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aInformation Technology manager, located in Guadalajara, North Campus\nReporting to the Sr IT Manager the IT Manager wil act as main point of contact, leading IT initiatives and ensuring the effective operation of infrastructure, including servers, databases, and networks. Combines technical knowledge with strategic leadership, project management, and ITIL-based operations.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nDrives execution, manages timelines and stakeholders, and partners with customers to understand requirements, negotiate solutions, communicate technical complexities, and achieve win-win business outcomes.\nPlan, prioritize, and manage IT support and maintenance activities to ensure that organization’s information systems function reliably and that IT resources are used effectively. \nLiaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet these needs.\nSelect, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. \nLead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of information systems professionals and support staff to ensure that the organization’s information systems are supported effectively and within budget. \nApprove system development cost estimates, budgets, and schedules. \nDirect daily department activities in order to maximize system utilization and support business needs as it pertains to a site’s IT infrastructure. Examples include IMAC, VMAC, and responding to Help Desk tickets. \nManages the relationship with the service providers of any outsourced infrastructure component.
