If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.\n\nPara apoyar a nuestros equipos extraordinarios que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando agregar un Ingeniero de Procesos ubicado en Flex Guadalajara.\nReportando al Gerente de Ingeniería de Procesos, el Ingeniero de Procesos apoyará la operación y mejora de los procesos de manufactura mediante análisis de datos, estudios de tiempos, balanceo de líneas, documentación de trabajo estándar y seguimiento de indicadores. El objetivo es desarrollar una base sólida en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Procesos y mejora continua.\nLo que hará en un día típico:\nRealizar estudios de tiempos, movimientos y capacidad de proceso.\nApoyar el cálculo de Takt Time, Cycle Time, UPH, capacidad y requerimiento de mano de obra.\nApoyar balanceos de línea y análisis de distribución de operaciones.\nCrear y mantener Standard Work, instrucciones de trabajo, hojas de proceso y documentación visual.\nDar seguimiento a KPIs de producción: Plan Attainment, UPH, OEE/OLE, eficiencia, scrap y downtime.\nIdentificar desperdicios Lean: espera, movimiento, transporte, inventario, sobreproceso, defectos y sobreproducción.\nParticipar en eventos Kaizen, 5S, VSM, 5 Why, Ishikawa y resolución de problemas.\nRealizar análisis básicos de datos en Excel y preparar reportes/dashboards.\nApoyar proyectos de reducción de HC, productividad y mejora de flujo.\nTrabajar con Producción, Calidad, Mantenimiento, Materiales y NPI para implementar mejoras.\nLa experiencia que buscamos para agregar a nuestro equipo:\nLicenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Manufactura, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica o un campo relacionado.\nLean Manufacturing y conceptos de Operational Excellence.\nTakt Time, Cycle Time, UPH, capacidad y line balancing.\nOEE/OLE y análisis de pérdidas.\nStandard Work, Work Combination Sheet.\n5S, Kaizen, VSM, 5 Why e Ishikawa.\nExcel: tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos y análisis de datos.\nConocimiento básico de ERP/MES y sistemas de producción.\nDeseable: Power BI y herramientas de automatización/reporting.\nConocimiento de herramientas mecánicas.\nConocimiento de SMART TORQUE\nConocimiento básico de PLC\nConocimiento básico de planes de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo\nConocimiento básico de COBOTS\nLo que recibirás por el excelente trabajo que realizas:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nKC10\nJob Category\nProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
