Proactively monitor systems for availability, capacity, and performance. Participate in the Patch management process, IT Business Continuity and Disaster recovery planning and testing. Computer programming to automate manual IT Ops wherever applicable.\nWhat a typical day looks like:\nPrepare Standard Operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the applications and underlying systems.\nProactive monitoring of enterprise systems to ensure they are adequately sized to meet the dynamic requirements from the business solutions.\nEnsure proper backup and retention polices are in place to ensure minimum data loss to the business in case of failures.\nEstablish clear communication channels and ensure proper feedback mechanisms are in place with customers, peers and cross functional teams.\nPropose system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.\nStablish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.\nEnsure that business application(s) are performing, scalable, usable, and available by defining help and monitoring processes, defining, and driving SLAs (Service Level Agreement), conducting system tests.\nResearch, design, code, and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of the IT projects.\nInstall, configure, administer, and maintain business application systems and associated hardware, in accordance with technical specifications to ensure systems function reliably.\nWorking with various team to effectively gather their requirements and allow you to prepare detailed program specifications and then coordinate system implementation.\nCommunicate with system users, vendor hold up and investigate, trouble-shoot, and resolve system problems so that user problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.\nPerform and track change management and publish performance metrics. of these teams.\nEnsure the integrity and security of enterprise data on systems across Hybrid Cloud environments in accordance with business needs and industry best-practices regarding privacy, security and regulatory compliance.\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.\nExperience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Computing.\nConversational English.\nExperience leading or coordinating support personnel and daily IT operations.\nAdvanced troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems, hardware, software, network connectivity, and end-user devices.\nExperience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment.\nHands-on experience supporting Android and Apple (iOS) mobile devices.\nExperience supporting and maintaining video conferencing systems, conference rooms, and collaboration technologies.\nExperience providing executive/VIP support with a strong customer service focus.\nExperience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing and incident management systems.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nAbility to perform root cause analysis, log analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.\nExperience managing IT assets, technical documentation, and support metrics.\nAct as the primary IT owner for the assigned building, ensuring operational continuity and user satisfaction.\nCoordinate vendors, service providers, and internal IT teams to support infrastructure and operational needs.\nGeneral understanding of IT infrastructure, system architecture concepts, and operational support methodologies.\nExperience in manufacturing environments preferred.\nStrong communication, leadership, teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to quickly learn new technologies, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:\nCompetitive Salary.\nLife & Medical insurance.\nChristmas Bonus.\nFood Coupons.\nSaving Fund.\nCV19\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
