If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\n\nThe “IT Manager ” will be based in Batam, Indonesia.\nResponsible for performing a wide range of tasks varying form individual contributor to project manager for medium to large size projects, in order to provide business analysis and recommend / implement automated solutions in support of financial processes and to ensure that the technical requirements are met in each development and testing environmen\nResponsibilities:\nPlan, prioritize, and manage IT support and maintenance activities to ensure that organization’s information systems function reliably and that IT resources are used effectively. \nResearch, evaluate, and recommend hardware and software products that will enhance the capabilities of the organization’s information systems. \nLiaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future information needs and determine how information systems should be installed, configured, and maintained to best meet these needs. \nLead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of information systems professionals and support staff to ensure that the organization’s information systems are supported effectively and within budget. \nApprove system development cost estimates, budgets, and schedules. \nDirect daily department activities in order to maximize system utilization and support business needs as it pertains to a site’s IT infrastructure. Examples include IMAC, VMAC, and responding to Help Desk tickets. \nThis IT infrastructure includes (but is not limited to) LAN, WAN, telephony, server administration, desktop support, printers and barcode scanners. \nManages the relationship with the service providers of any outsourced infrastructure component.
