If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.\nJob Summary\nSummary:\nThe IT Support Technician will be based in MODIIN ISRAEL.\nIn charge of installing and helping desktop/laptop hardware and software, computers peripherals, office printers and maintain PC assets.\nPrinciple Accountabilities :\nPerforms the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of personal computer and related systems.\n\nConfigure cellular phones for end users to meet corporate specifications\n\nAssists in determining suitable software to meet user requirements.\n\nManage required supplies for printers (not to include paper).\n\nInstall software, patches,and updateson desktops, laptops.\n\nKeepaccurate tracking of all assets supported by Deskside.\n\nMaintains PC assets in both a physical and logical manner and maintain its accurate tracking.\n\nProvide 1st line technical support forend-user’scomputers hardware and software,printers,and its network connectivity.\n\nTroubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop)end-user’scomputers.\n\nAssist Network Administrator/Analyst to troubleshootend-users’network-related issues.\n\nInteracts with vendors to facilitate repairs of hardware,i.e.,printers,laptops,and desktops.\n\nPerforms image builds for use on all desktop and laptops.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nJob Category\nITRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
