If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job Summary\nTheIT Support will be based in Guadalajara North campus, reporting to the Business Systems Analyst.\nIn this role, you’ll be in charge of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions, while being in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes to make them more efficient. You’ll also be designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a viable and consistent solution.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and support IT applications and proposal new tools for such purposes.\n\nPhysical and technical support from the main elements of the IT services.\n\nDevelopment of onboarding, adoption, and training plans.\n\nBuild out communications templates.\n\nCome up with creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs.\n\nUnderstand the end user needs to help them use the IT services to the fullest capability.\n\nEducate and provide ongoing support whether it by email, phone, live chat or in-person.\n\nIdentify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services.\n\nConduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPI's.\n\nBecome a trusted advisor and act as advocate for all users.\n\nDevelop cadence of tech touches aligned the lifecycle: new users welcome -> onboarding -> adoption -> nurturing growth -> retention\n\nThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:\nDatabase knowledge.
